Hello Backers,
Thank you for your patience as we have had delays in shipping your order. As our team prepared to ship the KickStarter orders earlier this month, we observed that many of the orders did not contain your shipping address (thanks to those of you that let us know this also!). We discovered a glitch in the back-end set up and system used by the service provider for collecting this information. We have worked with this service provider to resolve and fix this issue. You should receive an updated request later today asking you to lock your order and verify your shipping address. Please confirm and /or enter the correct address. We appreciate your help in completing this step so that we may ship your order this week.

We are pleased to share with you that all of the production for the Apparooz KickStarter Campaign is now complete. Your support and patience is truly appreciated as we worked through the challenges in our current economy and solved the obstacles presented by the worldwide supply chain. The process has definitely taken longer than we originally expected. As we now prepare to ship the Kickstarter order for your pledge, we are now able to send you the survey and verify your shipping information. You will receive this survey shortly. Please complete this survey and review your contact information as well as your shipping address. You also have an opportunity to purchase additional limited edition Apparooz products at the current Kickstarter prices as a part of this process.
